Nu tad sveicinati...
Ir problemas ar dzineju un izskatas ka pienacis tas bridis ka bus jakeras klat pie sprauslam, ja patiesiba bus rugta, un viss par to liecina bus jamaina sprausla/as. Tad nu luk vai kads zin ka pareizi vinjas ir jaieliek atpakalj pareizi, cik nu esmu dzirdejis tad iznemt no problem, bet ielikt atpakalj gan tur esot kas jaregule lai velak nerastos problemas... Varbut pie reizes papildus jautajums vai ar vag-com var parbaudit vinjas vai tikai uz stenda?
Jau ieprieksh pateicos! :)

Nu vel 100% parliecinats neesmu bet viss iet uz to pusi... ieleju netiru degvielu ka rezultata aizauga ciet siknim sietinsh baaka, gruti bija piedarbinat, nu iztiriju sietinju izpumpeju degvielu nomainiju filtrus un masaina raustas apgriezienu diapazona 1500-2200, pec tam pariet un pie augstajiem apgriezieniem pietrukst jauda, kad ruc brivgaita viss ok, kad mashina auksta iet labi kad jau sak silt nu mazliet virs 50 gradiem sak paradities problema un jo siltaks jo vairak raustas, iztiriju egr palika mazliet labaak (bija aizaudzis konkreti) bet vel raustas.
Ir doma uz egr jo tads noeelojies ir taka kludas nav uz kompja nekas filtri vairakkart mainiti, baka iztirita dad domas dalas 50 uz 50 egr vai sprauslas, man ir kompis ar vag-com tikai nezinu isti kur salidzinat sprauslas (ka pareizi parbaudit). Egr noglushit pameginaju iet mazliet labak bet rausteklis vel ir... nu taa luk... vai zinat ka ar tam sprauslam tur ir?

Tajaa b6 avantins bildee 13 gr.ir sprauslu darbiba.Uzliec sev vag-com to 13 gr.,nospied log,atzimee kur saglabaat failu,spied start un pabrauc taa lai ir tie 1500-2200 apgriez.
pec tam paradi te.
Es vismaz taa saaktu meklet problemu.

Ko tev tukšgaitā rāda 13grupā,man šitie rādītāji ir tukšgaitā un pie darba temperatūras.Man mašina iet ideāli,lec arī,rūc arī labi tukšajos,bet nepatīk šitie rādītāji.Cik tur ideāli ir jābūt,varbūt kāds var pateikt?

Nesanak laika gari rakstit,bet pameiginasu izstastit isi.Nav man liela pieredze,bet apmeram to saprotu taa.
Ja viena kaaja tev saap,tad lai neklibotu otraj kaajai ir slodze-taa arii straadaa taas forsunkas-meigina izlidzinaat dzineja darbibu.Tas, ja ir lieli skaitli vel nenozimee ka forsunka ir bojaata.
Es kad nopirku masinu pierakstiju visu grupas merijumus.Paarbaudiju siksnas spriegojumu,tas nebija pareizs,piereguleju.Pec tam atkal pierakstiju merijumus un tie 013 gr.palika uz pusi mazaaki,023 gr-katram cilindram par 3.0 mazaak.Arii darba t paaukstinaajaas lidz normaalai.Tuksgaitaa stundas paterins samazinaajaas lidz 040l/h
Taakaa vispirms iesaku paarbaudiit zobsiksnas komplekta staavokli un spriegojumu.

Zobsiksnas komplektu man mainīja un tagad arī rāda 0,8l/h to 0,5l/h ar veco siksnu viss bija ok,bet par sprauslām nezinu,jo ar veco siksnu nebiju skatījies.Kā to var pieregulēt,lai būtu tie 0,5l/h?

hmm ja sprauslas ok kas tad tas par gljuku ka raustas vareetu buut EGR vainiigs?

veel variants ka suuknis vareetu nedot spiedienu pietiekamu, tikai jautaajums kaapec tieshi tanii apgriezienu diapazonaa kaapec visu laiku neraustas? vaarsti ar nograb uz to briidi kad raustas.... kaa domajat ar ko sakt? cik saprotu tad sprauslas meeriijumi ir normas robezas un vainas tur nav? pameeriiju arii braucot kadu spiedienu turbina dod tur ar viss ok... Ko var sabojaat ar netiiru degvielu - suukni, sprauslas- logiski domajot... ja sprauslas ok tadad jaskataas suuknis... ja kas biju suuknim attaisijis vaacinju valja kur metala filtrinsh/sietinsh ir ieksha tur viss tiirs un smuks :)

sinhronizacija 0.0 ir loti laba,tatad tur nav problema.
EGR? Pats rakstiji ka biji noglusijis un taapat raustijaas.
Es ar iedomajos par to tandemsukni,ka varbut nav pietiekosa spiediena.Nezinu.Varbut ka bakas sietins kad bija ciet,tad tas suknis griezaas pa sauso...
Negribu Tevi biedeet :) ,ceru ka vel kaads zinosaaks padalisies ar savaam zinaasanaam,tapec uzturu so Tavu jautajumu kamer vel ,,karsts,,
Man loti interesee kaa atrisinaasi so problemu.

Kaa tas ir ka vaarsti saak grabeet?

Nu uz tiem apgriezieniem ko mineeju nograb vaarsti (nu vismaz taada skana) nu taa itka benziniekam kuram jabut 95 benzins ielej 76 :) raustishanas ir tada ka lidz tiem 1500 viss ok tad peec 1500 apgriezieniem saak raustiities it ka degviela beidzas un ta raustidamies vienmeeriigi uznjem aatrumu, tad peec 2200 uzreiz aiziet sajuuta it ka degviela pienaaca un aizgaaja :) nu kaut kaa taa... Ja leenaam spiezu pedaali uznjem leenaam apgriezienus bez raustiishanaas liidz ko iebrien nopurinaas un aiziet... pameegjinaashu briivdienaas veelreiz to sietinju baakaa tam suuknim iztiiriit varbuut tur kas aizkjeeries, vel man ieteica izkustinaat to vakuuma vaarstu kas turbiinai ir jo pastaav iespeeja ka kjeras un tad ja neies jaameklee kur spiedienu izmeeriit tam tandemsuknim.

Varbut tev taa varstu grabesana ir istenibaa agra iesmidzes momenta skanja?

iztiriju sodien bakas suknim filtru, izkustinaju to vakuuma vaarstu kas turbiinu ver vala, apskatijos visas tas mazas trubinjas kas tur no egr un turbinas vakuuma varsta iet vai nav pushu un notesteju auto vel jo projaam raustas, nu ko tagat mainishu egr varstu tapat vinsh ir noeljojies bus vainigs bus nebus vismaz dzinejs tiiraks buus. nomainishu padoshu zinju! :) ja kadam ir vel kada ideja ko parbaudiit labprat uzklausishu!

Nu kā iet ar auto remontēšanu?Vai kautkas ir progresā, vai tomēr dīkstāve?Būtu interesanti dzirdēt,ka egr būtu iemesls auto raustīšanā.Man viņš arī bija noeļojies, tad es notīriju, kādi 4k nobraukti ,bet eļļas vairāk tur nekrājas, hvz.Katrā gadījumā, neaizmirsti turpināt savu iesākto.Aizbrauc uz kādu servisu in UK :rofl: :pohas: .tie teiks ,ka vasaras gaiss riepās, jo ziema nāk zin kā ,tomēr... :sarkst:

nu lieta paslaik tada ka palasiju forumus pa ru lapam un tur atradu 3 variantus egr, sprauslas, un varsts kas ver valja turbo tur varetu but membrana beigta... paslaik nesanak darba dienas nekas, bet pa brivdienam planoju izmerit spiedienu tandemsuknim ja atradishu kadu kas to speej seit uk :D un tad laikam mainishu nost to egr nakamnedelj tapat vinsh elju dzen ara kaut gan vinju iztiriju... lidz ko kas bus doshu zinju, vai ja kadam kada ideja dodiet zinju...
